If you call Redeemer “home” we are challenging you to get plugged in with Team Redeemer to serve one Sunday a month. Here you’ll find a brief description of our Team Redeemer opportunities, if one sounds like the right fit, let us know and we will get you plugged in. No matter what your gifting or passions are, we have a place for you.
Our Kid’s Ministry is for babies-5th grade. As a member of this team you would care for babies and teach toddlers to elementary age students. You’ll be able to share the love of Christ and teach them how to spread the word of God to everyone they meet.
The Coffee Team brews fresh coffee before each service and makes sure the coffee corner is well stocked. At the end of the second service, this team cleans the urns and puts leftover supplies away.
The Communion Team prepares the elements for communion each week and the communion tables before the service. At the end of the second service, this team breaks down each station and cleansthe trays.
The Hospitality Teams include the Greet Team and the Connections Team. The Greet & Connections teams work to welcome everyone who walks in the door and help them dig deeper into community here.
The Offering Team is a team of trusted church partners who count offering after the second service. This team will work together to count and secure the offering once a month.
Our Prayer Team exists to help others come to the Lord and experience His love and power in a comfortable, secure atmosphere. If you have a passion for prayer we would love to have you on this team!
The Setup Team arrives at 7:30 AM on Sunday mornings and is responsible for preparing the 2nd floor for the services. The Reset Team helps put the room back in order between services (removing extra chairs, collecting trash, etc.) so that the room is ready for the second service. The Teardown Team begins right after the 2nd service and is responsible for teardown on the second floor.
The Tech Teams work hand-in-hand with the Worship Team to create an environment where you can encounter Jesus through worship. These teams include the Tech Setup Team who arrives at 6:05 AM to setup the equipment for the band, the Audio/Visual Team who run sound, cameras, and lyrics, and the Tech Teardown Team who tears down all the audio equipment after the 2nd service.
The Worship Team includes all of our vocalists and musicians serving in the band each Sunday morning. They practice every Thursday at 6 PM, and arrive on Sundays at 7:15 AM for soundcheck and rehearsal.
Note: There is an audition process for anyone interested in this team, email our worship director Jerica for more information.
